Many Lives, Many masters

A few years ago, psychiatrist Brian Weiss was approached for treatment by Catherine, a 27-year-old suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks and phobias. What happened in the course of their sessions together was dramatically to change both of their lives. This book tells the extraordinary story of Catherine's successful treatment and how her case was to make a vital contribution to Dr Weiss's work. As a traditional psychiatrist, Dr Weiss was astonished and sceptical when Catherine, under hypnosis, began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His scepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from the space between lives' from "the masters". These messages contained revelations about Dr Weiss's family and his dead son. Moving and inspiring, this book should be of benefit to psychiatrists, therapists and all those interested in past-life therapy.

The God Light's comment

This book was a great read, from the first page it held the interest. The subject of re incarnation is a fascinating one. I feel that because of Dr Weiss's reputation and extensive qualifications, his book has a credibility that is often lacking in other words that have been written on this subject.  There is also  the fact that he has approached it from a scientific perspective.  The book is not slow or wordy, it is well written and exciting.  Catherine the young women was actually able to account for up to 80 past lives, which was mind blowing. I found the revelations from "the masters" to be philosophical and poignant.
